Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist

The OT Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operation of its IT infrastructure, including premise and cloud-hosted services.

This role involves managing the delivery of IT infrastructure services, evaluating and planning improvements to services, training and developing direct reports, and ensuring compliance with business processes. You will also be responsible for managing costs associated with cloud solutions and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need professional IT qualifications in IT infrastructure fields, significant IT work experience, and leadership skills or suitable management training/certifications. Academic achievement should be at least A-level standard, with degree level preferred.
