Community Care Director

We are seeking an experienced Community Care Director to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide senior medical leadership to our Recovery and Rehabilitation Service, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to offer assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Community Mental Health Team and a proven commitment to improving the quality of clinical care. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and support staff at all levels of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior medical leadership to the Rehab and Rehabilitation service
- Work within MDTs to offer assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality care
