Senior Support Worker Job Description
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading provider of community-based support services for people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Scotland.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing a team, identifying training needs, leading support plans, rota management, and participating in review meetings. You will also provide practical support with daily life, personal care, and promoting a positive lifestyle.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in care work
  • Leadership experience and skills
  • SVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle

Estimated Salary: £27,500 per annum
