About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Trainee Supervising Practitioner to join our innovative Mental Health Support Team at Compass Bloom. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based early interventions for children and young people across educational settings and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training, evidenced-based interventions, and consultation to children, young people, families, and educational staff.
- Support the development of new skills in delivering CBT-informed supervision.
- Contribute to the shaping of services provided to children, young people, families, and educational settings.
Person Specification
- Core professional qualification relevant to mental health nursing with specialism in mental health or learning disability nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, CWP, EMHP.
- One year post-qualification experience of working therapeutically with children and young people as an EMHP/CYP-IAPT practitioner.
- Experience of working in a community and/or educational environment.
