Guest Services Manager

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Guest Services Manager to join our team at Staycity Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our guests feel welcome and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent service standards are maintained
  • Anticipate and resolve guest issues to ensure their satisfaction
  • Deputize for the Front Office Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
