Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for our housing operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, safeguarding, and quality assurance. You will manage significant budgets, develop partnerships, and actively embed our Christian ethos across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Substantial leadership experience in housing management with a sound understanding of housing legislation and regulation.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Demonstrable success in managing budgets and achieving organisational targets.
  • Experience in involving service users in shaping services.
  • Proven ability to assess and manage risk in complex environments.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including 34 days holiday, pension contributions, and relocation expenses. Opportunities for professional development and the chance to lead a team making a tangible difference for young people.
