The Ideal Candidate:We're looking for an experienced Customer Accounts Specialist who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. If you have a strong background in customer service or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about their accounts and services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of our services
We offer a competitive salary of £33,179 per annum (Norwich) or £36,319 per annum (London), as well as a range of other benefits, including:
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- A contributory pension scheme
