As a Customer Service Specialist at Clarion Housing Group Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the income collection and arrears process within a designated area. This is a key role in delivering our income management services and policies, and you will need to have a housing background, GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office packages.

The salary for this role is £33,018 - £38,325 per annum, depending on location, with a 36-hour working week. We offer a range of benefits, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, which aim to make Clarion an inclusive place to work.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present cases to court. You will also need to be able to travel extensively to attend court and have experience in customer account management and debt recovery working for a housing provider or similar.
