N-able is a leading provider of software solutions for the IT channel. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team and contribute to our growth strategy.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the EMEA region. This will involve creating and managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and analyzing market trends to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals for the EMEA region.
  • Plan and execute direct marketing activities, including the creation of localized content and the use of marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners and resellers to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and partner events to promote N-able's solutions and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers in the EMEA region.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with global marketing teams, sales teams, distribution partners, and resellers to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the IT, technology, or B2B sector.
  • Proven success in executing marketing campaigns for both direct and indirect channels in the EMEA region.
  • Experience in both direct and indirect (distribution partners and resellers) marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
