We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our successful Edinburgh Residential Sales team at Rettie & Co, and contribute to our ongoing growth ambitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled property sales professional to take full ownership of the sales process from beginning to end, effectively marketing properties, liaising between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth sale.

The ideal candidate will have a close eye on the local market, staying up-to-date with trends and developments, and utilizing their networking skills to maximize new business opportunities.

Using our sales database, the successful candidate will accurately capture customer data, and utilize reports to drive personal sales performance.

The role requires compliance with industry regulations and Rettie & Co brand standards, with full training provided.

About You

You will be an established property sales professional, perhaps working in a negotiator role, or ready to progress to the next stage in your career. Depending on your experience, a senior-level role may be considered.

As a skilled negotiator, you will demonstrate key strengths in customer focus, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning & organizing.
