Job Summary:

Devonshire Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset additions/disposals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of financial KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Assist with the external audit process and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Qualified management accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems, preferably Business Central.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
