Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Central Employment. As a Senior Marketing Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development for our clients in the Healthcare & Pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Lead high-level, proactive key accounts and develop compelling solutions for clients that utilize our agency's key services.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop effective relationships with clients and external partners to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget.
  • Project Management: Confidently deliver a wide range of projects, including advertising, promotional and sales materials, training kits, websites, video and animation, and email.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider client services team to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
  • Financial Management: Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.

Requirements:

  • Education: Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Managed Healthcare and or Pharma clients (B2B & B2C).
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail for proofing, deadlines, and estimating.
  • Soft Skills: A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Presentational Skills: Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
  • Commercial Awareness: Good financial/commercial awareness.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
