Senior Account Manager

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-level, proactive key accounts and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for all agency services and outputs.
Key Responsibilities:- Add value to clients while developing existing and new multi-point opportunities within key accounts.
- Develop compelling solutions for clients that utilize the agency's key services, focusing on sustainable account growth and demonstrating a solid understanding of clients' marketing needs, brands, competitors, and challenges.
- Work seamlessly with the wider client services team to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
- Develop effective relationships with clients and external partners as well as the internal creative, digital, and account management teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget.
- Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
- Managed Healthcare and or Pharma clients (B2B & B2C)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail for proofing, deadlines, and estimating.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
- Good financial/commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
