Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services Team at Concept Onyx Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-level, proactive key accounts and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for all agency services and outputs.
Key Responsibilities:- Add value to clients while developing existing and new multipoint opportunities within key accounts.
- Develop compelling solutions for clients that utilize the agency's key services, focusing on sustainable account growth and demonstrating a solid understanding of clients' marketing needs, brands, competitors, and challenges.
- Work seamlessly with the wider client services team to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
- Develop effective relationships with clients and external partners as well as the internal creative, digital, and account management teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget, while ensuring a profitable return.
- Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Good financial/commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
