**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage and execute client projects, including advertising, promotional materials, and sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, markets, and competitors.

**Requirements:**

  • Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
  • Experience working with Healthcare and Pharma clients (B2B & B2C).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Strong awareness and aptitude for marketing, with a focus on strategic partnership development.
  • High standard of oral and written English and excellent presentation skills.
  • Good financial/commercial awareness and computer literacy with main MS Office software.
