**Job Summary**
Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-level key accounts and developing strategic partnerships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and execute client projects, including advertising, promotional materials, and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, markets, and competitors.
**Requirements:**
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
- Experience working with Healthcare and Pharma clients (B2B & B2C).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Strong awareness and aptitude for marketing, with a focus on strategic partnership development.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent presentation skills.
- Good financial/commercial awareness and computer literacy with main MS Office software.
