Job Overview

Central Employment is seeking a seasoned Marketing Account Manager to join our team in the North East. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading high-level key accounts and driving growth through proactive management and strategic partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to add value to clients and drive multi-point opportunities within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to manage and execute client projects and campaigns, delivering high-quality work and service to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure a profitable return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective marketing solutions.
Requirements
  • Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
  • Experience managing Healthcare and/or Pharma clients (B2B & B2C).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing, with a focus on strategic partnership and account growth.
  • High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
  • Good financial/commercial awareness.
  • Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
