Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account growth strategies to add value to clients and drive multi-point opportunities within key accounts.
- Collaborate with the client services team to manage and execute client projects and campaigns, delivering high-quality work and service to ensure long-term client retention.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget.
- Manage client budgets and ensure a profitable return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
- Experience managing Healthcare and/or Pharma clients (B2B & B2C).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing, with a focus on strategic partnership and account growth.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
- Good financial/commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
