About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a broad role which would suit someone with a range of skills including Sales & Business Development, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management.
About Us:
ACJ Search is partnering with a Northamptonshire based manufacturer who are looking for a Commercial Project lead to drive long term sales activity. The organisation is going through significant change and growth currently, and there is a focus on sales and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to manage customer relationships beyond the sales phase, taking the lead on project managing and liaising with technical teams. They will also be involved in all aspects of a growing organisation, including sales and project management.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate could come either from a Sales or Project Management background, or currently be in a role drawing on both. A strong understanding of sales and business development strategies is essential, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance and 25 days annual leave.
