We have an exciting opportunity at Northampton Business Directory for a skilled professional to join our team. As a Training and Talent Development Lead, you'll be responsible for identifying skills gaps and offering guidance and support to develop capabilities.

This role requires a willingness to travel to multiple sites within the region. Our organization is committed to developing and nurturing talent and the future workforce. We believe in a flexible work environment and allow our staff to be based in various locations across the midlands and north region.

Key responsibilities include designing, delivering, and maintaining training course content, materials, and lesson plans. You'll work closely with HR to review and develop training policies and initiatives to ensure all learning is aligned to company objectives.

This is a key role that supports business objectives by facilitating, delivering, and adapting training initiatives. A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity.

Ongoing Continuous Professional Development and seeking improvement opportunities for L&D are essential. Maintaining efficient L&D Administration and Planning practices is crucial as well as developing identified talent to enable succession planning.
