Job Overview

At undisclosed, we're seeking a skilled Business Analysis Manager to revolutionize our global payments infrastructure. As a key member of our Finance and Business Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing financial performance, providing insights on revenue and expense drivers, and crafting compelling narratives with data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front office and support functions to drive business objectives
  • Drive data-driven analysis to inform strategic and tactical goals
  • Develop senior management presentations and financial performance reports to support business growth
  • Communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities on a global scale
  • Provide proactive and ad-hoc strategic analyses and reporting to aid business progression
  • Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, utilizing strong design skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Develop wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Respond promptly to executive requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Manage client pipeline and conduct trend analysis
  • Compile summaries of client engagement activities and strategic insights for senior executive review
  • Ensure compliance with line of business and corporate-wide objectives and policies
  • Build effective relationships and collaborate closely with Finance & Business Management colleagues across Payments and Global Banking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in a senior or equivalent role
  • SIGNIFICANT experience within Financial Services, with a preference for Transaction Services business experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably at an advanced level
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and multitask
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
