About the Role

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a health or social care setting, or equivalent qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals, mentor and coach colleagues, and act as a strong role model to ensure our services deliver our mission.

Essential Criteria
  • 4 years of experience in a health or social care setting (or equivalent qualifications and experience)
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and 3 years of experience
  • Psychology Degree and 3 years of experience in a health or social care setting
  • First-level registered nurse or allied health professional with 2 years of experience working with people with learning disabilities or autism
