**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Positive Futures. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism. You will work closely with our clients to empower them to live their desired life and mentor and coach other staff members to ensure they deliver exceptional care.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must have one of the following qualifications:
- 4 years' experience in a health or social care setting
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and 3 years' experience in a health or social care setting
- Psiology Degree and 3 years' experience in a health or social care setting
- Psiology Master's Degree and 2 years' experience in a health or social care setting
- Professional social work qualification
- First-level registered nurse
- Allied health professional
