Job Summary: Social Care Specialist - Learning Disability and Autism

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Care Specialist to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to people, mentoring, coaching, and acting as a strong role model for other staff. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injuries. A QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,600 per annum based on a 37.5-hour workweek, plus benefits including 24/7 telephone access to a UK GP and enhanced sick pay. In this role, you will empower adults with a learning disability, acquired brain injury, or autism to have choice and independence. Our mission is to provide high-quality support that enables them to live the life they want now and in the future.
