**Job Title:** Mental Health Specialist in Elderly Care

**Location:** Ulster Hospital, Belfast Area (SEHSCT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist in Elderly Care to join our team at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. As a key member of our Nursing, Primary Care & Elderly Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to older adults.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to request flexible working arrangements from their first day of employment. Our trust offers various flexible working provisions, which may include adjusted hours, job sharing, or compressed working weeks. The specific provisions available will depend on the role and requirements of the position.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and diagnose mental health conditions in older adults
  • To develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • To provide expert care and support to patients and their families

**Salary:** An estimated salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Contract Type:** Permanent
