We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health and Care Specialist to join our HFFY service, which provides 24/7 support to young people living in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direct support to a small group of young people with complex needs, promoting their stability and building resilience to enable them to manage their tenancy.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a fast-moving and challenging environment, and be able to use high-level communication skills to engage with young people, families, and other stakeholders. A full driving license is required, or an alternative means of transport if a disability prevents driving.
