Responsibilities

As a Band 8B Adult Safeguarding Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on adult safeguarding matters to healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices related to adult safeguarding within the trust.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.

This role requires a deep understanding of adult safeguarding principles, practices, and legislation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a rewarding salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care within our trust.
