Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 8B Adult Safeguarding Consultant to join our team at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in adult safeguarding to contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices within the trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on adult safeguarding matters, working closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to request flexible working arrangements from day one, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, which reflects the importance of this role in maintaining the high standards of patient care within our trust.
