Job Title: Family Care Specialist

Total Care Recruitment is a leading provider of childcare services in the Belfast area. As a Family Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality supervised contact for children and families involved with Children Services.

The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate well-planned contact that focuses on the child's security and promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This will involve working closely with birth and foster parents to engage them in appropriate contact and family support activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for making contact with and providing support services to families and children with whom you will work.

To perform this job successfully, you must have a full clean driving license with business insurance. You must also be registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council and undergo an Enhanced Access NI Check. Furthermore, you should hold either NVQ Level 3, Health and Social Care or relevant equivalent qualification plus 6 months relevant experience. OR HNC/HND in relevant subject, or relevant equivalent qualification, plus one year's relevant experience.
