Total Care Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in social care placements. We are currently recruiting for a Family Contact Worker to join our team in the Belfast Trust area.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding of the complexities involved in working with children and families. As a Family Contact Worker, you will be responsible for providing supervised contact between children and their parents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children and families, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to meet the needs of our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including weekly pay and 24/7 support from our dedicated team.
