>In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with daily tasks, building relationships, and becoming a trusted presence in their lives.
">To succeed in this position, you'll need exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

- A competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, including a £500 Welcome Bonus
