Leisure People is a progressive health and fitness club operator committed to employee development. We are seeking an experienced Membership Sales Manager to lead our sales team at one of our flagship clubs near Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The Role:
  • Recruit, coach, motivate, and inspire a team of membership sales consultants to achieve their KPIs.
  • Contribute towards the overall membership sales target for the club by leading by example.
  • Take responsibility for the sales process, ensuring prospects receive an exemplary customer experience.
  • Analyse data from the prospect database and implement strategies to improve the sales process.
  • Prepare and submit sales management reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop an in-reach strategy to increase sales and aid retention.
  • Experience in coaching and managing teams with commercial KPIs is essential.
  • Evidence of high performance in previous commercial roles is required.
  • Flexibility to work some early evenings and weekends is necessary.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 plus genuine OTE of up to £35,000 depending on performance.
