Membership Growth Manager

Leisure People Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales Management professional to lead our membership sales team at a premium health and fitness club in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales consultants, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a proven track record in sales management, excellent coaching skills, and a passion for the health and fitness industry, we want to hear from you
About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of sales consultants, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop an in-reach strategy to increase sales and improve member retention.
- Complete regular sales reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
About You:
- You have experience in sales management, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
- You possess excellent coaching and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- You are a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales performance and team management.
- You live within commuting distance of Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 OTE + £28,000 basic salary.
