What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in sales or convenience retail, with a strong understanding of the grocery sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with key decision-makers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and competitor intelligence.
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and results-driven mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visiting top grocery retailers, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to their stores.
- Negotiating with key decision-makers to increase distribution, maximize availability, and secure extra space for various brands.
- Providing market insights and competitor analysis to support business growth and informed decision-making.
- Utilizing Drive software to accurately record and complete all information related to sales outlet visits.
