Account Growth Specialist

Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Wella. As a key player in driving business growth within our territory of 40-60 Key Accounts, you will be responsible for taking a business consultative approach with our salon partners to grow their business leveraging our portfolio of products and services.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' direct selling experience in field-based positions, preferably in FMCG (Drinks, Confectionary Beauty), and a proven track record of delivering sales targets in terms of overall territory turnover, number of buying accounts, and specific brands turnover.
You will partner with hairdressers to develop their salon business through joint business planning, focusing on driving client loyalty through tailored experiences & services, driving retail sell out, optimizing salon & staff operations to encourage joint growth, and improving salon image and point of differentiation.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional commercial team, and a strong understanding of joint business planning, contracting, and negotiation.
