Territory Account Growth Specialist

- Develop and execute a business growth strategy within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with salon partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets by negotiating deals, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to management.
We are offering a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a performance-related bonus scheme, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career development.
