We're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Elis. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our ICS division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Understand and match customer needs with our products and services.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
