We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformer Service Sales Professional to join our team in the UK and Ireland.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to drive business growth across the UK and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product marketing strategies and tender for new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to create compelling product value propositions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business development and improvement plans.
  • Maintain compliance with quality management systems, safety procedures, and accountancy policies.

Your Background:

  • A degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales and/or tendering.
  • Prior experience in the power engineering industry, specifically in service and after-sales, is highly desirable.
  • You have a proven track record of success in sales, with excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is an advantage.
  • Travel and frequent customer interaction are expected, mainly within the allocated markets.
