Control Systems Professional Opportunity

Morson Talent is a leading organization in the field of advanced system integration, operational technology, and digital transformation. We are currently seeking a skilled Control Systems Professional to join our team in the Energy division.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience in designing, developing, and implementing PLC-based control and SCADA systems. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working arrangements, and professional development support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLC and SCADA/DCS systems.
- Write software using IEC61131 standards (ladder, function block diagram, sequential function chart, and structured text).
- Perform internal and customer Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Ensure adherence to QA procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Travel and work on-site as required.

Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing PLC-based control and SCADA systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
