Discounters Sales Lead

We are seeking a skilled Retail Account Growth Specialist to join our Retail Business Unit at Arla Foods in Leeds. This is a hybrid working pattern position, offering the opportunity to develop your career with a global and dynamic FMCG company.
As a Retail Account Growth Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Discounters and be responsible for generating and issuing daily EPOS data updates with insightful commentary. You will also create and maintain promotional performance tracking documents and share this analysis with relevant colleagues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- P&L account responsibility
- Generating & issuing daily EPOS data updates with insightful commentary
- Creating & maintaining promotional performance tracking documents & sharing this analysis with relevant colleagues in a timely manner
- Managing all aspects from sales reporting, business planning, forecasting, promotions, terms, debt including all associated administration
- Establishing and developing a business plan to grow existing business and drive new opportunities
- Coordinating & managing daily delivery/shortage issues
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 26 days holiday & Bank Holidays, hybrid & flexible working, pension contribution matched up to 6%, 4 x annual salary life assurance, free use of onsite Gym, access to discounted products in our Staff Shop, people agenda commitment to training and development (internal & external), and most importantly - Cheese hamper at Christmas
