Commercial Sales Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Sales Lead to join our team at Sunglass Hut. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to lead sales initiatives and contribute to the company's overall success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including free eyewear, generous holidays allowance, internal mobility, pension package, monthly bonus and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
