Excel Recruitment is recruiting for a Vulnerable Adults Support Specialist to work in the Belfast area. This permanent full-time position comes with a starting salary of £25,500 - £27,500 per annum.

Job Description:
  1. To manage a caseload of vulnerable adults, providing emotional support and coordinating care packages
  2. To work collaboratively with other agencies to address complex needs, including housing, healthcare, and education
  3. To contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery
Requirements

The successful candidate will have 6 months experience working with vulnerable children or adults and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
