Belfast, United Kingdom Excel Recruitment Full time
In this critical role as a Vulnerable Adults Support Specialist at Excel Recruitment, you'll contribute to tackling homelessness in Northern Ireland. The starting salary for this position is £24,156.68 per year, and it offers a comprehensive employee benefits package, including private health cover, generous holiday entitlement, and occupational sick pay.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted key worker and coordinate a wraparound support plan for each client through the Belfast Complex Lives Multi-Disciplinary Team process. You'll work closely with highly complex and entrenched individuals, often facing multiple interconnected challenges such as homelessness, mental ill health, problematic drug use, and trauma.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 6 months' experience working with vulnerable adults, along with knowledge of care and support services for individuals with poor mental health, substance misuse, and offending behaviour. Additionally, you must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to work shifts to cover the 24/7 service. NISCC registration (or agreement to register within 6 months) is also required.

This opportunity not only provides a competitive salary but also offers accredited training and ongoing support with progression opportunities.
