Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in High Wycombe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
