The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales volumes across your region, while providing valuable insights to ELGA HQ on market trends and product needs.
Your mission will involve developing tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. You will also build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts, ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and product management teams to set ambitious growth targets and execute impactful strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You will have exceptional communication skills, influencing both colleagues and customers effectively.
- You will be a team player, understanding the importance of team dynamics and collaborating seamlessly to achieve shared goals.
- You will have a proven track record in business development and field sales, especially in B2B technical environments.
- You will have a results-oriented mindset, consistently delivering on sales plans and KPIs.
- You will possess strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- You will have familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms.
- You will be fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
