Job Description

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. Based on the outskirts of High Wycombe, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and increase profitability across multiple sectors.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing growth strategies for existing accounts, developing account plans, and reporting to the sales manager monthly. You will also work closely with the creative team, operations team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to develop industry-leading presentations and build client proposals, presentations, and quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement growth strategies for existing accounts
  • Develop account plans and report to sales manager monthly
  • Develop industry-leading presentations utilizing the creative team, operations team, suppliers, and other stakeholders where necessary
  • Build client proposals, presentations, and quotes and present to external stakeholders
  • Successfully utilize global sourcing and fulfillment services
  • Manage one account executive, effectively managing their time and resource sharing where necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in the corporate promotional merchandise sector - beneficial but not essential
  • Target driven with a background of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with high-profile clients
  • Knowledge of European and Far East supply chains with capability to deliver on large and complex projects
  • Highly creative and able to develop product from concept through to production
  • Experience working in a team and be a team player, with personality, empathy, and the drive to succeed
  • Exceptional organizational, priority management, and attention to detail skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
