Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Young People's Support Specialist to join our team in Bedfordshire.

This role involves working with young people in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford, delivering sessions and providing support to help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on young people's lives.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of young people in Bedfordshire.

As a Young People's Support Specialist, you will work closely with Lead Project Officers to deliver projects that support young people in achieving their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering sessions in youth centres and detached work in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford
  • Providing support to help young people achieve their goals
  • Assisting Lead Project Officers in project delivery and administration

Requirements
