About the Role
Spirit Yachts is a leading yacht manufacturer seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our company. Your duties will include managing office operations, scheduling client meetings, and communicating between departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the MD in delivering the company's vision and process ideals
- Support the management team with day-to-day operational activities and outside events
- Work with the production team on H&S, operations paperwork, and logistics

Requirements
- Strong people skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in all normal office software, including Lightyear, Hubspot, TimeMoto or similar
- Excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and well-organised

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
