We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Seclusion Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our internal provision, providing high-quality support for students who would have otherwise received suspensions. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and the successful applicant will undertake an enhanced DBS criminal record check.

**About the Role**

This is a term-time only position, working 37 hours per week over 39 weeks per year. The salary for this role is approximately £23,500-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and develop our internal provision, providing high-quality support for students who would have otherwise received suspensions
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide pastoral care and support for students
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

**Requirements**

  • A grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Demonstrable ability in working with young people and knowledge and understanding of working with data or the aptitude to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
