Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance * Coach the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth * Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings * Encourage team development and progression * Focus on generating new and repeat business through strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants * Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and partners * Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies Essential Skills: * Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle * Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch * Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings * Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads * Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service * Ability to work under own initiative * Good telephone manner * Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) The Finer Details: We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.
