As a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Fleet, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in the residential lettings market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance
* Coach the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth
* Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
* Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and training
* Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Liaise with Tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
* Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies

Essential Skills:

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
* Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
