A Day in the Life of a Lettings Branch Manager

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
  • Coach the team to achieve KPIs and monitor individual performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaise with Tenants and arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans and monitor local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Proof of address, National Insurance, and Drivers Licence Check
